Electrawoman

I bought some Protein bars, Atkins and Snickers brand. I bought Eas MyoPlex Protein Drinks 25 g of Protein per serving. I haven't tried the Drink yet. I tried the Snickers Protein Bar, it has 21grams of Protein but it also has 320 calories in just one bar. I think I am going to give them to my kids. They taste really good. I haven't tried the Atkins bar yet but they only have 10 grams of Protein per bar in them, and 160 calories. One reason for this may just be size, the Atkins bar is 1/3 of the Size of the Snickers Marathon Bar.

I tried to eat my dinner slowly tonight, and before I knew it I had gulped it all down. It's going to be so hard to learn to eat so slowly. I intend to and then I get head hunger and I want to eat everything I can find. Lord help us.
