Hello everyone! Well I did not cry, but i felt like it! I wondered why I chose the lapband. I sometimes feel that way now. I got the band Dec. 2008. I have kept off 30 lbs. I really need encouragement from u guys . I know i don't get enough protein. Do u know if any protein shakes without a bad aftertaste?

I was banded at the end of 2008. I have lost some weight, but i have only been able to keep off 30 lbs. I have not eaten like i should or exercised enough. I love sweets. They are a problem for me. Also, I consume too many carbs and not enough protein. Does anyone know of a good protein drink that does have a bad aftertaste? Good night everyone! -

I have not been exercising like I should have been or eating and drinking the things I should. If I would have done right I would be at my goal. I plan on doing better from now on. Any suggestions?
