I'm thrilled to find al the March Bandsters together!!!! Yesterday,March 25/07 was my one year LapBand anniversary!!. Last year I was 250lbs, 40DDD, Size 24. Today I'm 160Lbs, 36 DD, Size13!!! Now is your turn guys!!! THe hardest part is to make the decission to get the procedure done. You may fall off the saddle a few times, but NEVER,NEVER,giveup!!! You have the right to be happy and healthy!!! :clap2: CONGRATULATIONS to those who just got banded and GOOD LUCK to those waiting!!!

It's great to see how passionate you guys are when it comes to defending your point of view. Let me ask you ...will you vote for a candidate that supports gay rights? What about..abortion???

NOOOOOOOO , don't tell!!!! I just posted on "what peeves you" what an ugly experience I had when one of my co-workers found out about my LB. Some people are just plain rotten !!!!!. When they notice your weight loss ...just say "Thanks I guess my diet and exercise are really working"

After what I told her yesterday about her "Odd body and her droopy boobs ...maybe I need to speak to her boss!!!! And I never saw this matter from your point of view....THANKS "wise one" from the bottom of my ...band (lol)

:yell: :yell: ARE WE REALLY CHEATING????? There is a woman at work who is a real BIOTCH . Whenever she hears somebody making a nice comment about me losing the weight she makes a point of calling me “cheater”, because I got the LB instead of “working” the weight off. I already had the “It takes discipline and hard work to take the weight off after the LB”talk. She calls me cheater every single time somebody gives me a compliment and she is around! And even though I told her that this was getting to be harassing, she laugh out loud and with her most innocent face said “ Honey, relax, is just a joke…I mean …you paid for your band, same as some women pay for new boobs. I guess some women just can’t have the will power to control their eating habits and when they get too obese… well they have to get an operation.”:devious She is a size 7 at her hips, but she is big at the top, maybe a 16. (Ugly, weird body!) I answer that she was lucky because HER band was going to be ½ price due to the odd proportions of her body and that about the boobs... she was not going to need new ones because she already owns a pair of huge ones and that she just needed to lift them up the floor, because she is tripping on them. Very childish :think answer on my part...I know. But I work hard at the gym, and I take care of myself now... So is it really "cheating" to get a LB???????? Have you being harrassed now that you are losing weight? Do you have any "friends" who are now feeling jealous????:ogre I feeel frustrated because this biotch is raining on my parade and other people follow her lead (She is the boss!!!) I'm feeling like I'm at middle school surrounded by the bullies:hurt

Fort Bliss is our backyard where I live at (at Texas), and we have many army personnel living in town. This morning as I was getting into Starbucks two guys in uniform walked in too, and they were talking about a soldier that was killed at Iraq yesterday. One of them was saying: “But…is not like any body forced us to enlist man. We knew that being a soldier means going to war, which is exactly the work description you dumb ass, going to WAR Now here you are bitching about going to be deployed and saying that Bush is a mother f… because he wants you to do your work. Why don’t you cry when you are paid your nice check, and when you enjoy all the benefits that come with the territory? What did you think this was going to be like? You want to get paid to sit on your ass. No, now you are really going to earn your money, you mamma’s boy. The other guy was very quiet, just looking at the floor. I felt sorry for him.:mad: Anyway, you can only imagine. Personally, I felt very uncomfortable and I could tell that I was not the only one listening to the conversation, because the whole place was quiet.:phanvan Other 3-army girls walked in and this guy told them what they were talking about. Their answer: “Yep, you don’t see the policeman or the firefighters crying because they do their work”.:huytsao They called my name. I got my drink and ran out. These guys were between the ages of 25 and 30. I felt heartbroken to think that maybe one of them was not going to come back home after Iraq. I am still thinking if what they are doing is just their job. May God bless all the man and women on both sides of this war, because at the end, both of them feel that they are doing just that…their work. If we were to ask both sides who is the enemy ..both of them will answer “They are!!!!!!:cry

I had a terrible stomack flu last week. I was so nauseated I started throwing up..just that food didn't come up.The band moved against the tissue with every reflex and the pain...AWFUL,. Did this ever happened to u guys? I wonder if this damages the band??

Well, I live at the border where fundamentalism is not really spread. Here northamerican(not fundamentalist) man cross the border to find hispanic (not fundamentalist)people who have children as sex slaves, children that they kiddnap at mexico, guatemala and other countries. Here there are women and man subjected to slavery ans prostitution. And of course we don't find out until the police let the media know about it. At the country club we close our eyes to that and say "that only happen at other countries, fundamentalist countries

I know that at the end the decissions that my daughters make in the future will be out of my hands . I know that as now, is my obligation to teach them selfrespect and respect for others. At my daughter's Highschool you see boys trying to avoid girls who come on to them. Girls who break up with the boys because they don't want to have sex and girls who harrass boys to the point of making the boys so desperate that they end up calling the girls "whores and sluts", and then is when the girls feel offended.

Hotpink... as a surgical tech, I can assure you that he won't be looking at anything down under (wink, wink) . A surgical sheet will only expose the area the surgeon is going to be working at. Not only that, many times a cathether is inserted to keep the bladder empty.So, it is necessary to take off the undies.You can ask the Dr, to give you some paper ones. Don't worry the doc won't operate between your legs, but at your side. What the heck, very few people have perfect bodies anyway!! My Pig-poodle is not fat..this stinker is very fit!. My oldest dog eventhough he is "fixed" he is still very territorial. He fights with the poodle when I go outside, almost like saying " Hey, I'm still good and brave, watch me ! I want to give the poodle to the same place place where we got the other two from. They love animals, they even make you fill a questionare in order for anybody to be able to adopt. Now..my husband just won't give into my idea. I guess I will give HIM up for adoption lol

I work with teenagers .The girls call themselves virgins because they don’t have vaginal sex.. only anal, or oral (Clinton comes to mind lol). And I know people who call themselves virgins because they never had sex (intercourse) before, but their behavior and language are extremely sexual. My particular feeling: There are people who never had sex before but have the darkest souls. And people who after sex are still clean and pure at heart and mind. The “first” time is the time you do it out of love..not curiosity or horniness

I bring my vanilla latte home ... then I add fat-free chocolate coowhip , is great!!!. And instead of chocolate icream I freeze the same coolwhip. Is very light and "almost" guilt free.
