Bo-Less

I am planning on surgery and have attended two very helpful support group sections at NYU's Tisch Hospital, where I expect to have the surgery done. I was very impressed with the fact that the group welcomed people who had had the surgery elsewhere and even those who planned, for whatever reason, to have the surgery elsewhere. Very generous, I say.  I'm a diabetic taking a whole lot of medicine, although I'm not on insulin. I want to get healthy and live longer and be able to do more than to sink into a feeble old age. I have never contributed to a blog before, but i have many other firsts ahead of me.
