I was also banded by him. I had a wonderful experience. They really took care of me while I was there. I was in great hands. Never felt out of place. Everyone was so warm and friendly.

I met my original goal of 145. My new goal is 125. I don't think I want to go below that. It is WONDERFUL. I haven't lost any real weight for about a month and a half. I keep fluctuating between 133 and 136. That's o.k. with me. I feel 10 years younger and love to shop. My only advice would be to keep your eye on the prize and keep working on them head demons. They never go away, but I have managed to slay them several times.

I started out at 219 (lower BMI) at 5' 3'. I am now at 135, but feel I should be putting more effort into it. Not making the wisest food choices. I am from Dallas, TX.
