Yes thats what my docter said to me over and over how it is a tool. When did you have your surgery again? And you have lost a good amount of weight like 33 pounds you said? I guess i just set my expectations really high you know but at least i have lost some weight. I have the same problem and especially with not even being able to eat any normal foods in the last month it is even harder! We will get used to it because obviously you cant kick bad habits overnight. The first fill will most definately make it easier.
