WAS a 440lb giant

after numerous attempts to lose weight, including 3 times with weight lose of more than 125 lbs, and gaining it back....im tired of 20 yrs of yo-yo effect. I finally realized that my brain chemistry wanted me to eat more constantly...it was time to trick my brain and do something about it.. after months of research, and jumping thru hoops for my insurance for another 5 1/2 months, i has lap-band surgury on10/15/2009...the journey now begins.....
