hey! Thank you for your comment!! You are doing great! The first fill is kind of a tricky one... I remember that I didnt have much restriction after the first fill either. I did my best to follow a diet, and no snacking, but I spent ALOT of time hungry. It wasnt until my 3rd fill that I hit what everyone calls the "sweet spot" I am not able to eat much, but i stay full for about 4-5 hours at a time which is awesome! With this last fill there was a time of learning that I had to go through though because you cannot continue to eat as normal anymore. I did alot of throwing up until i re-learned how to eat. I had that fill in August and i have not needed one since. Its been quite an experience, but I am soooo pleased with the outcome, as I know you will be too! Keep in touch ok? Hey Melissa.. I just saw your pic comment... it took me about 6 months to get the 60 off... Its been almost 9 months now, and im 84 pounds down... It has sure slowed down... but just follow the rules, and you will do great!
