My mom put me on Weight Watchers for the first time when I was eleven. I've joined and quit WW and a number of other weight loss programs/drugs/exercise routines for the past 20 years and I'm done with it! It's time to try something that will force a lasting change in my life. I'm excited to have made that decision, but nervous about all the steps ahead of me.
