Hi my name is Judy they call me sweetjudy, why I don't know... Any way i had lapband done in late July this yr. This is my third fill and I am having a very hard time... I can not eat anythink two bites if... I think it is also a mind game, I know when I use to eat and what I could now it is so hard... I only lost 11 pounds and when I went back for my third fill I gained 5 ozs. I was so upset... I can use all the help and support I can get. I thought by now I would be at least 25 pounds down... What am I doing wrong.. What do you all eat and how often. Help!:confused:
