OK, go to 'User CP' (top left here), then down the left column to 'Edit Signature' (that's where you add the WL ticker to your signature), and then 'Edit Avatar' (that's where you add your pic to where the ? is now). Don't forget to click the 'save' button there when you're done updating these. The signature only shows up automatically on the 'Home' page (top left here) when you post a reply to someone else's thread or when you start your own thread (question), it won't show up automatically here or in 'Blogs'.
