My obesity started at eight to nine years old.  I have tried diets since i was young.  i slimmed down a little in high school but not much.   When I was 18 weighed any where from 170 to 180 until I was 20.  When i turned 20 in March i thought my weight was good I was in a jrs. size 13.  From Sept. to Dec. I went from 180lbs to 230lbs.  From a size 13 to a 20.  At 21 I got pregnant with my first child.  From pregnancy to delivery I lost 30lbs.  Dr. actually told me I was fat and my baby was taking from my fat I already had.  After delivery I gained 15lbs back.  Nine months later suprize I pregnant again.  This time I loose 15lbs during my pregnancy.  Now two years latter no more babies Im back to 230lbs.  I went threw a divorce started weight watchers points diet.  It worked took close to two years to loose 50lbs.  Started working out in the gym got down to 180lbs.  Now Im meet my new wonderful husband we work out together hes big muscle guy anyways to begin with.  I go from size 20 to size 16.  Now after dating we are getting married.  Im back up to 195lbs still working out.  We get married now my weight is coming back.  In Aug. of 2008 Im up to 223lbs.  I started looking into the Lap Band.  I don't want mto be fat my whole life.  Hearing people in my family say your pretty but you could be so much prettier if you would loose weight.  It hurts being the one grandchild or cousin that is always the fat one.  So I did for me and only me.  I have two beautiful, wonderful girls who need there mom.  I did'nt want them to be emberrassed of me at school.  I had my surgery in Jan. of 2009.  It's Oct.  Im down 57lbs weighing in at 166lbs.  From a size 20 to a size 14.  Still have a ways to go but Im on my way.  It's slow and steady.  Im thankful and the surgery was well worth it.
