I'm a 39-Year woman with two active teenage boys (17 & 13) and husband of 20-years. I work with middle-school children everyday that requires LOADS of energy.
congrats on your surgery....i had mines on the 13th of aug...already seeing some changes and so will you if you stick with the diet that your doctor gives you....it's hard but worth it!
