HappyAgain

I have two more appts left before scheduling my surgery...  I've not been to successful on the low carb diet.  At least the scale hasn't reflected the changes I've made since joining the Dr. Baptista's group.  Hopefully I wont get thrown out of the "band" club...  I've eat more chicken, fish, and veggies in the last 4 months than I have in a life time!  Wish me luck everyone...  Can't wait for December!!!  Finally an answer to my prayer since I was old enough to realize I had a weight problem.  Geeez  just to put on my shoes without holding my breath is a blessing at this point:)  Thanks for listening!  Until the next time.
