Hello...I read one of your blogs that said you had a sore neck and back..I had surgery on Monday and still have this pain in both...How long did your last?? I appreciate your help

Hello here...I'm doing good. I'm just exhausted and very uncomfortable with the gas pains. How are you doing?? I've been trying to walk as much as I can but I get so...tired. I'm still on clear liquids until tomorrow so..hopefully when I can get my protein in, I'll get some energy. Thanks for checking in, I appreciate it...especially since I was kinda having a poor me day.

Just felt like posting today...88 lbs gone forever! Size 12 bottom - M/L tops...never in my life did i ever think I would see this day! Still have about 20 lbs to go but I'm taking it easy now...just taking it as it comes. I'm at my sweet spot too! Life i
