OOTD..... New pants and shirt.... Chico's size OR (2r) Pants navy pattern and a Brown suede shirt chico's size 1 (med). I'm loving this shirt as it is soooooo soft and comfy. Boots are Christmas before last gift from the husb.... Duberry's.. LOVE them. I wear them a lot during the winter.

There you go.... you did the right thing by checking with insurance. I would find out who your case worker is and keep in contact with him/her. Document every call, when, who and what you talked about. When possible use email. I wouldn't settle for "should"... i would want to know .... Yes, you defiantly will be able to continue..... What state are you moving from and to? Cross all your t's and dot all your i's. don't give them any reason to deny you.

I always find it strange when someone comes on and makes one post and you neverrrrrr hear from them again. I've been on here since 2009 and seen the coming and going of a ton of people. I, my self stayed away for a little while, checking in here and there.

If you are keeping your insurance the same... You should be good as soon as you find a new dr. If you are changing insurance.... you may have issues. Some insurers won't cover at all... some make you jump through other hoops.... Some are a snap.... I would deff. check with your new insurance first. Its really not about the state, but about the insurance.

Good afternoon all..... how many of you had sleeve revision after complete success with the band. Banded in 2009. 2009 SW: 232lbs, LW: 135lbs... but my best most consistent weight 143 for 7+ years. Zero trouble till 2017, got the flu and slipped my band. I managed to keep my weight down pretty good and gained 30lbs in the 2.5 years. But no matter what i ate and no matter what i did (crossfit 3-4 x per week) i couldn't lose. Any people revise from Band to sleeve with a low BMI... Cash pay?

back in 2012.... i had the band placed in 2009.... maintained my wl so i got a TT with lipo of the flanks. After the band had to be removed i put on 30lbs..... Since 8/28/19 (sleeve) i lost those 30 + 8.5 more. I'll send you a PM. Eat/drink pineapple juice it helps with swelling..... keep that garment on 23 hours a day... I only took mine off to shower. I put that giant Kotex across my incision to help and a panty liner to keep my Kitty cat clean during the day. First week i slept in recliner..... I was back at my desk job in 12 days

Perfect suggestions.... I try and keep my portions to 1/8 & 1/8 & 1/8.... I don't eat the Protein bar as the ones i like are high in sugar. I have one slice of bread and divide it. 1/2 for Saturday and 1/2 for Sunday..... Daves Powerseed.... i toast it very dry. I agree.... logging in a guess is better than not at all..... I never logged when i had the band... Then i started gaining after she slipped back 3-2017. Gained 30lbs back... i started logging and realized how much i was really eating.... Sleeved 8/28/19..... lost those 30 + 8.5 more. Had to remind myself when i had NO WLS.... just because i could eat it... didn't mean i should.

did you have the band and then the sleeve? I'm in agreement, log your food in the my fitness app.... I eyeball it now because i can pretty much guess the correct amount. I found that logging in held me accountable and showed me how much i was REALLYYYYY eating. I also noticed you said a few things... ... I almost never... those are not good. You have answered so many of your own questions..... You still drink soda, you still eat way too much sugar, you are still eating carbs. You are not drinking enough water..... How's your exercise????? Turn those things around and i bet you see a difference. If you are gaining with the sleeve, chances are you will gain with any WLS.

I agree completely.... i use to have a lady back in Louisiana.... but now that i live in Mississippi.... I'll have to find someone. I have some pieces husband spent wayyyyy to much money to get rid of and i'm going to shop around to find a new person to fix them. I've always had that problem.... I'm so excited to wear my swim suites again this coming summer..... whoop whoop
