Most every day since 2009 i have done the exact same thing..... I wake up, get out of bed, walk to the bathroom, pee, and then step on the scale. (except when on vacation). Anyone else?

well i sleep naked.... so no clothes to take off..... hehehe..... I have tried to stop, but i can't. If there is a scale, i will step on it. It sits right in front of the toilet... and it taunts me... It tells me ..... You know you want to know... I have even tried to move it around the house..... i simply go to it and then eventually bring it back to it's place. ughhhhhhh..., it's the devil i tell ya.

thank you.... it's been a long road.... started back in 2009 at 232lbs with band... ER removal 2019 at 143lbs..... Revision 2.5 years later at 173.5lbs. Today (weight in profile pic) 126lbs.

I was going to suggest Milk shakes... but you said you can't tolerate milk. Can you drink soy, almond or coconut milk? If so, maybe try making shakes with those. I know if i eat ice cream even a few bites... i gain. So i have to stay away.

well she is about 5'6" and she got to a size 2-4... which was skinny.... over the years... now she back to about a size 14ish.... i would say she put on at least 50lbs.... Her SX retired. So check with another and it doesn't look good. She is a bit up in age... 60 i think

banded 11/10/2009, TT w/MR and lipo to flanks 3/2012 .... i never ever regretted it. Even after band removal 3/2017 and putting back 30lb in the 2.5 years with no WLS..... Sleeved 8/28/2019.... and i think the TT held up pretty good. Not perfect in my eyes, but my husband is not complaining and i can still wear a bikini....

I agree with going to the NUT and getting your eating habits under control. If you don't do the head work, GB will in the same way. GB and people with sugar addiction don't go well. You may want to ask for a CT scan to see what damage you did to your sleeve. If none then i say, proceed with the NUT. There is no "reset" in the sleeve physically.... once it's stretched it's stretched. You can however reset your eating and thinking.
