Do you use a straw?

i usally dont use a straw but the other day i did and i past gas majorly for 3 days i choose to not use a straw. -
was wondering if anyone has tryed them and what they thought of them im getting ready to order some and wanted some info

I told everyone. I told myself that if I was going to get the lapband then I was NOT going to be ashamed of it because I need help to get the weight off. I am going to own it and be proud of it. I decided to take my life back and its all in my hands so i use the lapband for me and Im glad that I have so much support. -
Can anyone give me some ideas on what to eat on soft mushy diet.

i had fix a meatloaf and blended my portion and it was good i also blended raviole (sp) and beefstew pretty much every thing was blended but it was normal food and that is what we all want is normal food. lol -

just wondering if im doing it right. i have 3cc n 10cc band 6weeks out and i can eat a cup of food for each meal. i stop eating after that and it does me 4 hrs. is this what im suppose to be doing? my 1st fill isnt until nov 19th. please give me feed back.
