the main reason i had the surgery was for me because my knees hurt me so bad. i would have to lay in bed and cry from the pain somedays. on my journey before surgery i lost 45lbs. and since surgery i lost 10lbs. i do zumba and it has helped me so much i don't lay in bed crying anymore from pain.
