I was approved by my insurance company Oct. 9 2009 after about week and 1/2 after my paperwork was all sent in.I have been interested in the procedure for at least 2 years but after a weight loss on my own I didn't think I would qualify so I pulled out of the program and gained all the weight that I had lost plus some. I am at my heaviest.
