That is so great that you are close also. I having my surgery at Highland Park Hospital. I am getting nervous with all of the pre-op testing I have to do in the next 2 weeks. EKG, Upper GI, physical, ect....

I start my pre-op liquid diet on Monday but I have a lunch with a client that I can't reschedule or miss. I hope they have good soup and salad (I can have all the raw veggies I want so I should be ok if I have no dressing). I guess this is something to get used to having to work around. I just think I would have to worry about it on the first day.
