i havent been doing to good i have not lost no more weight i am still the same have to get back on track when u lose a little i got excited but i am tring to get back refocused so keep rooting for me and i will put up more pics soon thanks for the encouragement

girl u look good i had to laugh when u said that u cant believe you let yourself go like this thats the same thing i said and i thought i was to cute but i guess when you have kids u think nothing of youself and pay more attention to the kids at least thats what i did and when the weight started coming on i didnt even notice like you said i thought i was to cute but i am on my journey now back to where i was before kids!!!!love the pics gives me lots of hope bcus i fall off fast to but hopefully this band helps me some!!!!
