I was banded on 10/09/09 and i have only lost 18lbs since surgery. My first fill was 11/22 with 6cc in 11cc realize band. I lost the first 10 lbs while on liquid diet after surgery. I feel some restriction but dont think i am filled to where I need to be...I have been drinking 50-60 gm protein a day..in addition to whatever I eat and I have been excercising 30 mins 4 days a week. I could really use a mentor who has had success with the band...I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

ok...makes sense...my doctor never discussed measuring anything. How much and how often should i be eating. Also i really havent stuck to my protein shakes..does that make a difference. Thanks so much for your input.
