i was banded off dr chris last week and i ant believe it a week on and iv lost 12lbs , my start weight was 15 stone , i took my daughter but there is no need to take anyone with you , its just extra expense in my opinion email me at sexyshez35@hotmail.co.uk for anythink you wanna know will go through what happened at the airport etc if you like and what you will need okay good luck jennyo x from shereen x

heh i see you got banded by Dr Chris. i am going in Jan, any advise? and How was it ? do I definetly need someone with me ? or can I go alone ?

Hi everyone iv just been banded off dr chris and wow he was amazing everything ran smoothley , and fredrico his assistant who arranged my package was brilliant too , anyone needs any info then mail me thanx xx

hi there i was so happy when i woke up and got my self straight up out of the bed for a ciggy to be honest , was weird when i first drank water was full of a few sips , am on drinks and had a slushy egg scrambled yesterday was so nice but took so long to eat it am so happy xx

Hi everyone , im getting banded on the 4th november 2009 with dr chris , travelling there on the 3rd , anyone got any ideas of which foods are best to shrink the liver for my 2 week diet coming up or which foods to avoid ? also anyone else out there getting done on this date ? thanx x
