I am trying to follow a High Protein, low carb, low sugar eating plan. I am journaling all my food at www.SparkPeople.com and trying to keep my calories between 1500-2000 a day. I have cut sodas out of life completely. That has made a major difference. I drank Diet Sodas, too. I can just tell the difference in how I feel. Im having some Last meal mentality, there are few things that I really want before I get my Band. Ive been wanting to go to a Seafood Buffet since I moved to Georgia Now I really want to go there. I think I am going to have to do that one, or It may be my downfall later on with my band. Do you have any poisons?
