I haven't tried Zumba yet.. I did just join Bally's in the mall and they do offer Zumba. A few of my girlfriends have been raving about it.. Maybe I'll give it a whirl in a few weeks. You're right about the support.. I feel blessed that I have my friends, boyfriend and family on board with me.. however it's not the same as talking to someone who has had the surgery. Four kids! WOW! I'm the second oldest of four. Not very many families of 6 around. I have the same problem keeping weight off.. sure I can loose weight, but then the scale creeps back up after every attempt I have made.. I'm soo happy to have this tool to help. I want to really take some time and focus on myself now.. I want to get healthy and energized. Have you made any yummy mushy protiens? I'm baking a quiche now.. can't wait for dinner!!
