Hello all, I am schedule for surgery on Oct 21....Yes I am counting down. I have battled with my weight for about 10 yrs. The only diet plan that I have tried is Weight Watchers (4 times) lost about 40 1ls but always gained the weight back after about 6-7 months, and it would be more than I lost. I am at my highest weight and know that if I want to be around for my husband, children and grandchildren, I have to do something that will give me permanent weight loss. I have high blood pressure and for health reasons need to take off at least 125 lbs. I am very detemined to reach my goal and I know with the help of the Lord I can do it. I guess you say, why didn't I keep the weight off that I loss when I was on weight watchers.....the determination that I have now I didn't have then . So I will keep you post.
