Thanks for the pic comment. I can eat later in the day usually, but im still very focused so I really work hard at making good choices and not over eating. I allow myself treats but in moderation. I havent gained any weight back although I do bounce back and forth about 2 lbs. sometimes. If you feel like u are eating too much and no longer loosing wt, it may be time for a fill. Ive gotten one fill so far and it definitely got me back on track. Good luck with everything!

hey, thanks for the pic comment. I eat a lot of protein, cheese and EAS protein shakes. I eat alot of stuff but of course very small amounts. I work out and weight train also. Are u banded yet?
