did great with pre- op and post-op lost 100lbs. Kept ot off for 1yr. since have been struggleing with keeping it off have gained 30lbs and need support as to how to stop this spiraling downward. I meet with a thearipist and have continued to excersize. Just getting into the food to deal with my stress. Need some imput fr anyone going through the same thing.
