    Please Help...to Unfill Again Or Not

    You need to contact your doctor do barium swallow test and have them adjust your band accordingly. Also you want to make sure your band didn't slip.

  6. Soo I have feel off a little.. I went to Mimai in July and got some fluid taken out of my bands so I can eat.. BIG MISTAKE. I have noticed overe the past couple of months that my pants are getting tighter and my stomach is sticking out. I went to step on the scale and dammit is said 160. I flipped. I can't believe I have gained 20lbs since the end of July. I'm so disappointed in myself

  8. OMG gir you don't want to be 130 you will itty bitty for real. 150 would look great on you.. We are the same height and I'm well let me say I was 145. I have gained some weight but I'm about to get back on track. Keep up the good work honey... You can do it :)

  13. Hey lady you sent me a message back in August as you can see I do not log on here much.. But the best advise is to just take it one day at a time.. you will have good days and you will have bad days. Make you sure you excersise when you can. My problem area is my stomach.. If i can get that down I will think im fine as wine. LOL..
