I agree with those telling you to walk as much as possible - keep yourself moving! Also - follow the diet your doctors office tells you to. Even tho we are all bandsters, every experience we have is unique - yours will be as well. I wish you much success, and if you have questions, just ask. Good Luck, and Happy Thanksgiving! -
