Hi. I'm also 3 days post-op and have had the opposite effect. I have not been able to go since the morning of surgery. Tomorrow I start on the next phase of foods.. I've been snowed in today with my family who have been eating all day. LOL I havent had a big appetite to even want anything. It all smells really good though! -

Hi. I'm starting my all liquid pre-op diet tomorrow and am a little anxious about it. I feel like i've been eating everything i see today as its going to be my "last meal". Am i the only one who feels or has felt like this? -

I am on 5 medifast shakes a day. They come in 6 different flavors and I honestly have to say they're really not so bad.. I'm almost through day 2 and i do have to say that i'm very hungry. My head has been a little fuzzy throughout the day and I definaetly dont have the energy. -

Hi.. my surgery is also on Feb 4th! I started my pre-op diet today. I'm on all liquids. My dr. requires the medifast protien shakes. Right now i'm 4 shakes in for the day and I'm feeling a little light headed and weak. I hope it gets easier. Stacey -

I have definaetly had the "Last Meal Syndrome". My appointment with the surgeon is tomorrow and my surgery date is Feb 4th. I have been eating all of my favorite foods like i'll never have them again. Stacey -
