On_the_fence

I ve already lost 20 pounds. So super excited about that. But im starving ALL the time, ok maybe not all the time actually a lot less then i was before the surgery but when i am hungry I dont want chicken broth or apple sauce. I dont even want my usual fatty food choices but man would i kill to have a chicken club salad or mashed potatoes or a sweet potatoe. but since its only been a week and a day since ive been banded, i believe i have to stay on liquids for at least another 2 weeks. Would it absolutely kill me to start to bring solid but soft foods back in slowly??? :smile:
