I am from Thunder Bay so it can be expensive. I just want to make sure that I need a fill.

My last fill was the beginning of June and now I do have restriction. Not tight but I do need to make sure that I chew really well and stay away from bread. In the morning I am much more restricted. I will be in Toronto in the end of July should I book another fill ? I am comfortable and can pretty much eat what I want in small amounts . Any sugestions ?

Well nancy said that being on it's side does not mean it flipped, just a little harder to fill. I only go there for fills so I guess if they are ok with it , I will not worry about it. I do have an apt on July 23 and we will talk about I fill.

Most times I feel in control, and I feel the band is doing what it is supposed to do. Then I see someone with a pogo, and I have a need to rip it other there hands lol. I can't eat bread, so two bites and I am done. When I lose control the band helps. I really just need to watch the ice cream and whta I mean by that is watch someone else eat it ! LOL The 3rd fill was good for me. I talked to Nance and she said since I am in Toronto to come in and we will see. I am cool with that !

Well I got the 3rd fill and now I have restriction. The last one I had restriction for about a min, then nothing. I am hoping that this lasts a while. I am up to 5.5cc

When I went for my 3rf fill she said it was on it's side but it was fine . What does that mean ? I guess I should have asked, but she did not seem too concernes .

heck I will be happy to be able to shop in a regular store , pick a pair of pants off the rack and they fit !

It took me two years of listening to everyone onthis site to decide to do it. My only regret is that I waited the two years. I should have done it sooner. I love my band , it keeps me in line. You do need to eat smartly. Stick with ie, work with it , it does work.

Good morning all, On the weekend I came across a site that will allow you so watch a lap band surgery on an actual person. For someone who is not banded yet, this was great. Mandi told me to bring a pillow. and was I ever glad I did it made the plane ride back , and car rides so much better. I left Toronto 3 days after surgery

I had my surgery on Friday and was back to work on monday. But I would say it was a week before I felt great. The first 2 days were the worst for me. By week three I traveled to Egypt feeling wonderful ! All the best to you

Well I just email the person who does fills. I believe that her name is Nancy. She gets back to me right away, I only hope this time there is no problems. I also have questions and because the other person was not familiar with me, I have to wait until Friday. I hate voicemail too!

I love it there, but just make sure that you confirm your fill apt, as I flew in for my apt and the person who I had the apt with : did not show up even though I confirmed with them. I was able to get the fill but that is not the point. I would have had the biggest meltdown! I have another fill next Friday, so I hope that all goes well.

All the best with the de fill. The running sounds cool, I would not mind doing that some day, maybe when I have one ass lol
