Hi Cloe, Sounds like you have hit tough times. You can't make your daughter go back to school, all you can really do is be there for her,and try to make her see how important it is to have an education. I work with children / youth, and the more you push, the more they rebel. You want her to know that she can always come to you if she needs too. Hopefully after working day in day out at a low paying job , while her friends are going to dances & having fun ; things will change. I am asuming the boyfriend is the big problem ? I too am a craft person and I know how I become addicted to making bracelets, anklets ect. Sonetimes I stay up 1/2 the night making things. My bellydance grop has been fundraising like crazy for our trip to egypt next month. We make everything, Perogies, fudge, Salsa, ponchos , dog jackets, and much more. This christmas we made $2100 in two craft sales. It may be addicting but at least it beats over eating and gaining weight. Yoga and bellydancing is my stress relief. I will be banded on Feb 2, By boyfriend , ( we are getting married in Oct) does not knoe yet that I have had a phone consult, surgery date, paid for it and just bought the airline ticket. I guess I will have to tell him today AH He knows I want it and have been looking into it for a while, but he never took it seriously. He is going to today at lunch Wish me luck! :phanvan Take care

My thing is rich creamy dreamy Ice Cream, and I am not talking the low fat stuff. It is Ben & Jerry's all the way. I start the pre op diet on tuesday, maybe just maybe I should have them over on the weekend for Dinner ? LOL

My meeting was by phone, so she said she would send out the package today. I am just ancious to know. She told me all about the pre op diet because I have to start on Tuesday. Yogurt and cottage cheese, and if I really need it a chicken breast. I also read today that SF Jello was alright too. Yasmina

You guys are all talking about wonderful creamy desserts, and I just returned from walmart with my stash of yogurt ahhhhhhhhhhhhh I have 10 days of hell ahead! Yasmina

I will be starting the yogurt thing next week, and like you ,no amount of cottage cheese will pass my lips. That is a whole lot of yogurt. What about Tim Hortons vanilla yogurt ? I know for weight watchers it is only 3 points Yasmina

Well, my phone consult went well. I can't seen to remember her name, but she is from lebonnon . We talked about my trip to Egypt and seemed interested in my belly dancing. She was also banded. Good thing to know she promotes her product. She said that at first until you know how to use it , it becomes your main focus, then it is easy to live with. You don't really think about it. I will be one of you soon ! It is just my consult,by phone, but she said if their is any cancelations she will call me. I faxed in my forms.I hope that it happens before Jan 26th. She told me if I want ,it is possible to have the surgery 2 weeks after that date. You bet your booties I do ! Now that I have the apt, I am no longer scared. :faint: Just excited. Well guys let me tell you , it is a Malt beverage with a natural lemon flavor, not strong like a mike's hard lemonaid, but smooth. 5.90/0 Alc. It is only in the states, It comes is a few flavors, but lemon is the best. It is not sweet drink like all the other cooler type drinks. Cheers Thanks for the Margarita recipe Yasmina
