Hello to you
I am starting to feel better and my friend is going to help me with some stregth training said I need to do that more than cardio now sooooo we shall see if my body starts losing more soon doing that. How about you? how are you doing? oh as far as my PCOS it has my monthly all over the place and I skipped May all together. I have not done that since college... I am just working on losing and not dwelling on that so I don't go nuts lol
