Katie, Try not to get too disappointed if you can help it. I never had any expectations of myself and how much this band could help me lose. The most important thing I can suggest is stay POSITIVE OK I was at one weight for 4 weeks and it was very hard. Your body will do what it wants to do, so listen and learn from it. I only had three fills and then one day after 5 months of not having anymore fills my body tightened up so much I need an Un fill. This I found out after having three nights of acid reflux. They have given me a barium swallow and all is so much better now. They had no explanation why my band decided to tighten on its own LOL actually It was very uncomfortable so watch for signs and listen to your body. It has been an amazing journey. My fill always kicked in after three or four days so go slow and remember to chew, chew, chew, but you already know that I Love your babies they are so cute. Best wishes.
