everything.. i change it up alot.. normally i do ike 45 minutes of cardio.. like 20 on treadmill and 25 on the eliptical for an example.. then i do weights.. work my arms back every part of my leg .. use those machines.. do light weight and work inner thigh and outer.. all parts of your tummy.. i still have loose skin tho soo no work out will help that.. but i do crunches as much as i can bc i wanna appear tight even tho my skin isnt.
