I am getting my LapBand next month and I'm scared. Eating is a big part of my life and that will be changed dramatically. I'm having a hard time imagining life without diet soda and meals with no beverage. My weight has gotten away from me and I've given up on diets that just don't work. Hopefully this will allow me to actually change my eating enough to lose the weight.
