Lap Band Surgery February 2010 and winning the weight loss race one day, one mile, and one day at a time. There have been ups and there have been downs but not a day goes by that I am forever greatful that I was give the opportunity to be blessed with the band. It is up to me to take care of it and as long as I work for it, I trust that it will work for me...
