Considering Lapband surgery for a better quality of life in my lifetime thus far I have lost and gained over 500#  My body just can't keep going though this as it is getting harder and harder to loose and keep it off for any period of time. My family is riddled with obesietyand cronic health issues and I don't want to go there. I have 4 beautiful Daughters and 7 beautiful Grandchildren and I want to be on thisearth healthy and happy. Entering all of this with a very open mind I am still in the pre cert stages and getting ready to embark on a new chapterof my life with the Dietician and support staff of my weight loss center.
