Hey ya'll I had surgery 2 weeks ago, and combined with pre op diet I have lost 30 pounds in 30 days, but I am in desperate need of new food ideas. I have tried Soup, cottage cheese, refried Beans, chili with very ground up meat, yogurt, pudding....I need new ideas...I need variety!!!! Any ideas ya'll have?
