I just got my ab circle pro the other day! I am soo excited to start using it. My goal is to do 30 min on the elliptical, 30 min on the treadmill and doing 10-20 min on the acp daily. I?m officially starting today! I've been kind of a bad girl the last couple of days, I don?t even feel like I have the LAP-BAND?. I haven?t gained any weight, but I?m 2 weeks post op and have only lost 8lbs...
