I have struggled with being overweight most of my life. I tried so many diets some with limited success and others with none. I lightened my wallet but lost no weight. So I looked for alternatives. I looked around for providers of Lapband surgery and everywhere was soooo expensive. A friend told me it was cheaper in Mexico so I googled lapband surgery in Mexico. I got lots of hits. I saw a medical provider called Be Lite Weight. They had different fees for different areas of Mexico. The Jaurez, Mexico facility was the cheapest both for the surgery and the airfare to El Paso and then a hospital van will pick you up and bring you right to the hospital. The doctor was so very good, spoke fluent English, hospital was SPOTLESS!!!, great nurses and staff. They made you feel like a celebrity. They help you with everything about pre-op instructions, post-op care, diets, pain meds, antibiotics, etc. I went in on the 21st of September, had the surgery the same day, and then left on the 23rd of September. I feel great!!! Pain was minimal for me. I am already losing weight. Hunger? A little but following their diet plan and schedule is so easy and, for me, easy to follow and adhere to. I will be glad to meet with or chat with people in the Salt Lake City area for lunch (small yay!!!) and talk about my experience.
