I'm sorry you got depressed; the important thing is to hang in there and stay motivated. It can be really hard though, especially with big plateaus. I'm happy for you that you are below 200! What a bench mark! I've done pretty well so far, I recently started exercising quite a bit and it's reflected a lot on the scale. I'm at about 184 right now, so I've lost just over 50 lbs. I'm about half way there!
