Ok, so here I am getting old and all for all this dating mess. However, I have been doing some heavy duty thinking and am thinking that when I get to my goal weight, I am going to date and have some fun. I have always wanted a relationship and ,now, I am thinking that I am going to flaunt me around a little and find the one that I really want that wants me! This sounds so silly but for me, it's big! Want to be single a while, would never ever say that! But , now, when the time comes I want to enjoy the new "me!" So excited!

August Bandsters How are you Doing So Far

Hi! I was banded on Aug. 7th. It is hard right now. I have no trouble eating. I have tried to watch the portions somewhat. That is difficult but am doing OK, I think. I have lost 26 pounds since pre-op, 13 pre op pounds and 13 post op. So, I don't know if this is "normal" or not but it is what it is! lol

    Ramen Noodles

Ok, other than their sodium being way too much. They have 9 g's of protein add an egg that makes 14 g's. Now, I am in the mushy stage and I ate those today. Does anyone know if the noodles will kill my stomach. Of course, I chomped on them real well!

    Ramen Noodles

I am having to try and be creative because noone gave me a list of ideas for the mushy stage. Therefore, I just wanted to know what people thought about ramen at the mushy stage! I have done some of the recipes here and they are good ,however, I was just trying to come up with some other things.
  18. For those of you that bought alot of baby food, use it as a treat for you dog. If you have one! If not, give it to the local shelter. I learned that dogs love baby food for a treat from a vet!

    Ramen Noodles

OH, it was the cup o' noodles. There was like 9 oz. in the thing. I don't think the noodles would hurt my stomach any,,,,? That is what I am worried about!

Apple-If you are able to swim for 30-45 minutes daily it would help. I did that the two-three weeks before surgery and weight melted off of me then. Now, I need to get back to the pool!!
