Hi Judy........Just read your new blog. The Carribean wow! What a wonderful trip. I am jealous lol. Isn't it great to go through your closet and actually fit into clothes you loved. I won't have to shop to much for a while myself. Have a GREAT time and ENJOY EVERY MINUTE!!!!!

The headache was from the gases rising in my body. I'm doing great, and feeling wonderful. Just had an injection in my hip, and it has made a major difference. I hired a personal trainer and am concentrating on my hip fat lol. That's where I carry most of my weight unfortunately. I need to be the best I can because I am considered high risk. I have an auto-ammune factor and my skin has a hard time healing. I'm ready to GO!!!!Blessings,
