Hello everyone! My name is Angie and I'm a 25 year-old crital care nurse in Cincinnati, OH. I've been overweight all my life, I've tried LOTS of diets and none of them really ever worked for me long term. I'm ready to be health, fit, and full of energy, especially before I get married and start having children. I've thought about getting a lap band for years, but it never seemed attainable--i was certain that I could not afford it. Once I decided to seriously look into getting the surgery, I was astonished at just how affordable it is! My insurance approved the surgery after a 3 month medically-managed weight loss program. I am now on the road to a new me!!!
