Hi,
My name is Lois and I have Cigna. I too don't believe I have the right insurance for LB surgeries. Everytime i speak to them they tell me something differnt. Now they are saying that I can't use a NP for a referrhal with Urgent Care that I have been going to for over 4 yrs. About a month ago they told me I could. How in the world did you get approved.
