    Seroma

I had a seroma...I called my surgeon, he looked at it and put me on keflex a strong antibiotic. It healed up a week after starting the keflex.. if you think you have a seroma, call your sergeon, it should be checked for infection.
  2. Hi there, I know exactly how you feel. My son starts as a freshman next Monday 8/28 and where did the time go? It seems like he was this colicky baby just a few years ago and I was wishing he would magically turn 2 and the non stop crying would stop. Now I wish I could turn back time so I could carry his crying little butt all over again. It is so normal to feel this way. I am 38 years old with a high schooler.. ughggh.. My youngest is going to be 11 and he used to be my Mr. Affectionate, always a hug for mom, but that is slowly going away too... It did with my oldest as he got closer to that dreaded age of 13... I was just telling my oldest the other night to enjoy these last 4 almost carefree years because college is a whole different story. We did have a celebration the other night..He made the freshman football team and I am so proud of him. Hang in there, I think we all feel that sense of loss as the nest starts to get close to empty. Just enjoy every moment you can and take pride in the fact that you are a good mom who raised a good boy. I know exactly what you are going through.
  3. Hi all, I am a newbie.. 16 days post op.. still on liquids.. about two days ago I developed this feeling like a lump in my throat, like I need to cough it up or swallow but nothing is there... I am just post op so no fills... everything is going down ok, Water, Soups etc but this feeling will not go away.. It does not hurt, just very irritating... Has anyone ever has this and if so, what do I do? I have left a msg for my doctor and will wait to hear from him on Moday.. Thanks so much. Joy:help:
